Joseph and Rebecca’s Outdoor June Wedding in Westminster, MD
Tell us the story of how you met.
We met in 8th grade Geometry, and started dating soon after. We have been together for over 9 years and have made it through middle and high school and tackled college together!
Rebecca headed to Jacksonville University in Florida, while Joseph stayed in Maryland at Frostburg State University. Despite the distance between us, our bond remained unshakeable, and Joseph proposed senior year of college.
Tell us about the proposal.
On March 21st, 2024, Joseph proposed on a beautiful beach in Jacksonville, FL. He was visiting Rebecca on Spring Break their senior year of college.
What moments did you most look forward to on your wedding day?
Just looking forward to being with one another! and definitely the "I do’s!"
Why did you choose The Christian Royer House?
Joseph found the venue! Ultimately the willow trees were a big selling point!

Spring garden wedding!

We picked most of our vendors straight from the venues website - that made planning super easy and stress free!
Do you have any advice for future couples?
Communication is the most important part of a relationship. You can make it through anything as long as you talk to eachother.
