For Our Guests
Upon arrival, your first stop will be the ceremony site chosen by your hosts, by our willow pond, on our front lawn, or in our covered pavilion. You’ll stroll our manicured grounds and find plenty of shade and scenic beauty.
Note: If you have some mobility issues and need help to get to our pondside ceremony site, please inform one of our staff and we will transport you in our golf cart. Our luxury restroom trailer, our covered pavilion, and our grand reception tent are all ADA accessible, with ramps that accommodate wheelchairs and walkers.
Cocktail Hour
After the ceremony, you’ll proceed to cocktail hour on our front lawn. You’ll find a variety of areas to sit, stand and mingle, as well as yard games to get the fun started.
Reception
Receptions are hosted in our grand reception tent. This space is perfect for any kind of weather. During the summer heat we will have chillers on to cool the air and in the cooler early spring and late fall months we have heaters to warm the air. However, it’s still a tent! So consider the weather and dress for an outdoor experience. You may want to consider a layer that you can remove or add as needed.
