Optional Linen Rental

We are pleased to be able to offer in-house linen rentals for our couples. When you rent your linen package from TCRH you’ll:

  • Pay a very affordable rate, which is cheaper than most other local and online rental options.

  • We will apply your linens by the start of your venue rental time so you can start decorating immediately (no waiting for the linens to be delivered, or coordinating early pickup or delivery).

  • Since we have tiered flat rates and a complete set that fits all our tables, there is no danger of being short a linen or two, due to forgetting a table when you ordered, or the vendor missing a linen.

  • Currently our color options are white and ivory. We find that 80% of our couples choose one of these colors (ivory is most standard) so we have invested in quality in-house linens in those colors. If you desire a different custom color, you can still choose to select those through a caterer or event rental company.

  • Buffet tables on which food is served will be covered in black tailored banquet cloths. Your buffet food tables are not counted in the table number total for our pricing and are included at no additional charge.

  • If you would like to take advantage of this option, please submit an order form no later than 90 days prior to your wedding.

  • We realize that you may not have a final guest count or layout when you place your linen order. If your final guest count/tablecloth total is greater than the tier you ordered, we will bill you for the difference.

Tablecloth Rental Rates:

0-100 guests (up to 24 tablecloths total) - $600 + tax

101-150 guests (up to 32 tablecloths total) - $675 + tax

151-200 guests (up to 40 tablecloths total) - $750 + tax
