Linen Order Form

In order to fulfil your linen order, please fill out all information below. Once you place your order, we will send you a total, and you may pay by check, ACH ($12 fee), or credit card (3% fee). Please note that all orders are subject to Maryland state tax (6%).

IMPORTANT NOTE: We realize that you may not yet have a final guest count or layout when placing this order. If your final guest count and/or tablecloth total is greater than the total order you placed, we will bill you for the difference.
