26 - Alcohol Rules and Regulations
For any event providing alcohol a licensed and insured bartender is required, and all alcohol must be served by the bartender only. Open bars where guests serve themselves are not allowed. Alcohol may not be brought to the Venue by anyone other than the licensed bartender/caterer. The bartender must have current alcohol service training from Serv Safe Alcohol, TAM, RAMP, TIPS, ABC, or other appropriate certification along with proof of professional liability insurance.
Licensee has read, understands, and has had the ability to ask questions about the alcohol policy detailed herein.
