Indoor Events (November thru April): The historic Christian Royer House is an intimate space for up to 50 guests. With lots of character and charm, you will have the entire house to yourself during your event and will have the feel of a family home with the added professionalism and convenience of an event venue. 

Use of Common Areas In The House

Kitchen, Living & Dining Rooms, Bridal/Groom Suites, Basement Bar and Pool Table & Our Many Sun Porches, You are also welcome to use the yard/grounds for cocktail tables and mingling if weather permits


















  Outdoor Events (May through October): The reception tent will be available to book 4 months out from your event because we reserve dates for weddings during this time. The reception tent can host events for up to 200 guests. The Main House will be available for restroom use only if event is 50 guests and under. If guest count is over 50, a luxury restroom trailer will be provided and is included in the price.
